Catches what your operators would otherwise breathe

A dust collector pulls dust and contaminants out of the air around a process to improve the quality of air your plant emits. Ours are built specifically for the suction of very fine dust and the fumes that are hazardous to worker safety, and are manufactured to the highest standards of quality, efficiency and safety.

System
Blower, dust filter, filter-cleaning system, collection bin
Designed for
Very fine dust particles and hazardous fumes
Dust load
Sized for high-volume continuous dust loads
Filter cleaning
Automatic, so suction does not fall off during a shift
Collection
Dust receptacle or removal system at the base
Integration
Can run from the same panel as the machine it serves
The Problem It Solves

Not an air purifier — a collector

An air purifier traps dust in a disposable filter and is sized for a room. A dust collector is a system built to handle a high-volume dust load coming off a specific process, and it is made up of a blower, a dust filter, a filter-cleaning system and a dust receptacle.

That distinction matters on a shop floor. Deburring, brushing and grinding throw fine particles and fumes continuously, and a purifier clogs within hours. A collector keeps pulling at the same rate through a full shift because it cleans its own filters as it runs.

Our Offerings & Technology

How we build the system

Key Features & Advantages

Manufactured for quality, efficiency and safety

01

Fine particulate capture

Specifically developed for the suction of very minute dust particles, not just visible chips.

02

Fume extraction

Handles the fumes that are hazardous to worker safety, not only dry dust.

03

High dust load

Designed for high-volume dust loads, so it does not choke on a continuous process.

04

Self-cleaning filters

The filter-cleaning system maintains suction through the shift instead of degrading as dust builds.

05

Source capture

Hood and ducting are designed to catch dust at the machine, before it disperses into the bay.

06

Panel integrated

Can be interlocked with the machine it serves, so extraction runs whenever the machine does.

Where It Is Used

Typical applications

Deburring & grinding

Capturing metallic dust thrown off abrasive and brushing operations.

Welding & fume work

Extracting welding and process fumes away from the operator’s breathing zone.

Worker safety compliance

Plants meeting occupational air quality requirements on the shop floor.

General manufacturing

Any process generating fine airborne particulate in an enclosed bay.

Often Bought Together

Machines that pair with this one

Gear Deburring Machine

The machine most often paired with a collector on its suction port.

Wire Brush Machine

Brushing throws very fine dust that needs capture at source.

Electrical Control Panels

For interlocking extraction with the machines it serves.

Tell us the process and the bay

Describe the operation, the dust it generates and your floor layout. We will size the blower, filtration and ducting around it.
