A heavy duty, stainless steel hydro extractor built to spin excess water and process liquid out of components, fabric, fibre or granular material, cutting drying time and drying cost downstream. Full stainless steel drum and lid, fabricated base, and a simple electrical panel that any shop floor operator can run without training.
After washing, rinsing, plating or any wet process, components and materials hold on to a large share of liquid by surface tension alone, often 60 to 80 percent of what a thermal dryer would otherwise have to evaporate. Feeding that straight into an oven or hot air dryer wastes energy, extends cycle time, and increases the risk of water spotting, corrosion or uneven drying.
A centrifuge (hydro extractor) removes this free liquid mechanically. The basket spins at high RPM, and centrifugal force throws the water out through the perforated drum wall, leaving the material only surface damp. What follows, a hot air dryer, an oven, or simple ambient drying, then has a fraction of the moisture left to deal with, so it runs faster and cheaper.
Spins out the bulk of surface liquid in a two to five minute cycle, far faster and far cheaper per litre removed than thermal drying alone.
Because less moisture reaches the dryer or oven, downstream drying time and fuel or electricity consumption both drop.
Timer controlled run time means every batch gets the same spin duration, no operator judgement call, no under or over drying.
The clamp and gasket lid keeps the operator away from a high RPM basket. Drum run and power status are visible at a glance on the panel.
Full stainless steel wetted parts handle water, mild detergents, and most process liquids without pitting or rust bleed onto the material being spun.
Direct drive motor, sealed bearing housing and a simple panel. Few wear parts, and what does wear is easy to source and replace.

Spins wash and rinse water off machined or plated parts before they go into a hot air dryer or oven.
Extracts water from dyed or washed fabric, yarn hanks and garments ahead of tumble drying.
Dewaters washed produce, grains or processed food material as a pre drying step.
Removes plating bath residue and rinse water from small components before final drying and packing.

Cleans the bins and trolleys those components are stored and moved in.

Keeps the oil you recover from washing clean and reusable.

The upstream step — removes burrs before the part is washed.
Share your part or material, batch size and target moisture reduction. We will propose a basket size and spin cycle, and trial your sample before you commit.
